WHAT KIND OF CLASS
The original hot yoga, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercise usually practised in a room heated to 40 degrees centigrade and 40% humidity. Suitable for all levels of yoga, including beginners.
Bikram Yoga
Classes are usually based on warming up through sun salutations, followed by more breath-based movement. Sequences often involve arm balances and inversions. Power yoga, Yogasana & the power hour are types of vinyasa yoga.
Vinyasa
A strength and mobility class devoted to the health of your hips. This class features a mixture of yoga-style movement as well as more focused work on increasing control through range of motion.
Hippy Therapy
A classic 84 posture sequence from the Bishnu Ghosh tradition. The class is usually held in a heated room and last for 2 hours. Suitable for those have some experience with hot yoga, or those who are interested in pushing their boundaries.
